Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Steelman, including our website, app, TestFlight beta, and related services. By using Steelman, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Steelman. You are responsible for your account, credentials, activity, and any content submitted through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Steelman a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, display, perform, publish, distribute, modify, transform, moderate, analyze, create derivative works from, and otherwise use your content to operate, improve, market, and protect the service.
You are responsible for your content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, abusive, deceptive, private, confidential, or otherwise harmful. We may remove, restrict, rank, transform, or decline to display content at any time.
By submitting content, you represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit it and to grant Steelman the license above. You also understand that other users may view, react to, discuss, screenshot, quote, or otherwise interact with content that you make available through the service.
Beta Features and AI/Audio
Steelman may use third-party infrastructure and AI or audio providers to generate, process, summarize, moderate, rank, or transform content. Generated or processed output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. You should not rely on Steelman for legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice.
AI-generated voices, avatars, summaries, media, rankings, scores, prompts, and recommendations are product features, not statements of fact. Steelman may alter, regenerate, remove, delay, or refuse generated media at any time.
Acceptable Use
- Do not break the law, violate rights, or encourage harm.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or features you are not authorized to access.
- Do not scrape, spam, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass security, rate limits, moderation, or payment systems.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate activity, remove content, limit visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke beta access, preserve records, or report activity to authorities where appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content and are not responsible for user-generated content.
Our Community Guidelines and Media Policy are part of these Terms. We may enforce them using automated systems, manual review, user reports, or provider safety tools.
Payments
If paid features are enabled, prices, taxes, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation rules will be shown at purchase or by our payment provider. Paid features may change over time.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Steelman at any time, including features, scores, rankings, prompts, guilds, beta access, availability, and integrations.
Disclaimers
Steelman is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steelman and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Steelman and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
